If any products received are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email an attached photo of damaged products and order form within TWO DAYS after delivery date to receive a replacement product (refunds will not be given for damaged product a replacement will be sent). If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Processing can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks; because of COVID restrictions some packages can take even longer to arrive; we ship in order received so depending on where you would be at on our order list would determine when your order will go out. We do offer a $20.00 fee that will bring your order to the front of the line allowing it to go out the following business day! Once product is shipped you will receive an email conformation from USPS that will include your tracking number. We ship USPS priority mail so once product is shipped it will take 2-3 business days to receive (US ORDERS ONLY)
We ship to the address on your order form so if you need to amend the address, please email us in a timely manner and we’d be more than happy to correct the address for you, if the address is incorrect on your order form and package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacing products shipped. Once package states it has been delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID USPS IS EXPERIENCING MAJOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT DELAYS! Some countries are experiencing 2-4 MONTH delays. This delay is completely out of our hands. Please take this to note when purchasing.
All orders sent out of the US can take up to 6 weeks to process. We ship First Class Mail International, so deliveries may generally take between 7–28 days to arrive. Please be aware that international orders do NOT contain tracking information (some major international destinations will track all the way to delivery, but it is not guaranteed), we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost international orders, so if you wish to order and would like an estimate for tracking, please email us [email protected]. We are also not responsible for custom fees that are charged by your country, if a package is returned to sender due to failure to pay custom fees, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing the package.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchasing, if not made within said amount of time ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and you will no longer be able to cancel the order. If you need to amend your order in anyway, please email us at [email protected]
RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE:
Teenysugarfoot has the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion for any reason we see fit. If we see a reason fit enough to refuse an order, we will be refunding the entire purchase immediately and will refuse all future purchases.
